Digital Summit DC: Analytics for Nonprofits

Thank you for attending my session at Digital Summit DC.

As discussed during the session, the ability to tame all the data available to us is critical, but doing so requires an efficient process and an organized workflow. Here are some helpful assets your organization can use to advance your analytics program and consistently deliver juicy insights.

52 Analytics Questions – A handy “cheat sheet” filled with questions you can pose when developing actionable insights.

UTM Tracking Protocol (see first tab in sheet) – A resource that can be utilized by multiple people within the organization and on the agency side to build out and maintain tracking code-appended URLs.

Activity Ledger (see second tab in sheet) – A simple tool for maintaining accountability and demonstrating progress throughout your analytics project/engagement. The ledger should be a reflection of the recommendations made within your reports and provides a status update on your progress to implement.

Finally, please see below for a link to the deck presented at Digital Summit DC on September 5, 2019.
